The safe delivery of your order is my top priority. Each customer can contact me to assist with the shipping and delivery.
- I ship worldwide!
- After purchase, I usually deliver orders within 2-5 working days. International can take longer. I will send u an e-mail if its delivered to a parcel point, following up with a track and trace.
- Delivery time may vary depending on the country of departure and destination country of the products purchased. Most of the time it will take between 2-5 working days. International can vary to 7-14 working days.
- U can track ur order with a tracking code that you will receive by email, 2 to 5 days (on average) after your purchase.
- Once available, you can also find your tracking link on your: My Orders page.
- The tracking information will be sent to you.
- The price of the shipping fee is exclusive from the artwork. It is NOT included.
- Insurance. The artwork is 100% protected in case of damage or loss.
- You can always contact me for any questions or issues during shipping.Â
- All taxes and custom charges are EXLUSIVE from the artwork.Â
- Some taxes can vary with shipping per country.Â
- Click on the refund button to add a refund request. If you want to send pictures or more information about the damage from shipping you can send it to my email or ask in the chat box!
- If there is something wrong with your order, please contact me by: wendyvanrijn@outlook.com and i can help you further by calling.
- Take photo's of the packaging (preferable before opening) and of the actual damage of the artwork. The more photo's I have, the easier I can help.Â
- Your order is 100% insured. If there is anything wrong with it, you are eligible for a full refund.Â
- All my original artworks that are available for sale comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by myself. Â
- I am accepting commissioned work. Contact me through e-mail and we can chat in whatsapp or make a call!Â

- Yes, there are frames available. I buy frames for my drawings that are mostly black. But if it is a commissioned work, we can talk about the frame together.Â
- If the artwork is already framed, the frame is the part of the artwork and is already included in the price. If the artwork is not yet framed, I offer framing for additional cost.

- You can check the size of the artwork if you go to the artwork in the shop. If you got more questions about it, you can contact me through email or simple send a chat!. I can send more pictures of the artwork to get a better idea of the sizes from the artwork.Â
- The image is an accurate representation of the artwork, but it is not binding. I can send you additional photos upon request. If the artwork you ordered does not meet your expectations, I would be very sorry. You have 14 days after delivery to return this artwork. If you do, please provide also the certificate of authencity.Â
- To purchase an artwork, click on the ''buy this artwork'' button, which can be found on all artwork pages. You will then be taken to your shopping card. when you click: ''continue'' I will ask for your details to arrange delivery, and then I will ask you to complete the payment. When this payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation from me.Â
- I accept IDEAl, paypal, klarna, visa. for paymentsÂ
- No, you can't pay in installments.Â
- When the payment is completed, you get a payment invoice together with a tracking order to follow your delivery.Â
- Yes, you can! Before the artwork is shipped you can cancel your order at the orders page by your account. You can request a cancel proces. I will always double check before I send the artwork if there are no requests from the client. When the artwork is shipped, you can refund the artwork in a period of 14 days after delivery.
