Retour Policy

If an artwork does not meet your expectations, or if you simply changed your mind, you can return your artwork up to 14 days after delivery. 

My artwork is damaged, how can I return my order?
  • Once your artwork is delivered, you can request a return by contacting me through e-mail or go to your my account page and click on the REFUND button by your orders. You have to fill in the resaon and some information about the artwork so I can help you with the best support.
I changed my mind, can I cancel the artwork?
  • Yes, you can cancel the artwork. On your account there is a CANCEL request button by your orders page for a cancel request. I will always check if the customer still wants the artwork before I ship it to the post point. 
How much money will you get back?
  • You will receive a full refund, including the price of your artwork and shipping costs.
